本研究之局的,在調查合花市水廠附近峰水內水嘖污染之情形,主主分析該溪水內生物扇子的變化。本研究還取四個旅水站:St. 2 在其成溪內,其餘三站(St. , , 缸.3 友St 04 )均在新店i業內,豆豆台花市水廠入水口都很近。本研究負民圈61 年9 月關始,至62 年8 月底為止,每月採7](.二次,共才家用2是次,分析項目包括淚水內的王軍化因子及生物崗子。關於王軍化因子之分析結采9 已發表於中國生物學報第八期,說將該溪水內生物商子之分析結采,刊述於下: 1.在St .2 及S t.. 兩結7J之內拘茁總數均較飲用水格準使(IOO/m£) 為品,而在St .‧71ι 內的細菌款時常會超過1.0 X 10 6 Im£ 02.在St. ‧ 水內之大腸符笛,每次均超過溪水流放水線準使( 5 0 1 x 10 7 I 100 m.e ‧) ,在St. 2 水內有時我:會超過此,鐘,其餘二給多數時尚則在此務it!.f宣隊度內 o3. 在St .2 水內,索lR現手i 多接腐F良性指標麓,如員長姦、寶貝瀑及庫歹1]蚊幼蟲等,其餘三結布時亦見到腐水性指標發出現。 根據溪水內細菌總數,大腸有享茁數以及浮游生物的拉格梭,顯示其成誤( Sf. 2) 的水管污是各艦為嚴愛,而中iE橋附近至二是時店溪水(St. .)之有機物污染亦相當滾了霆,距離合波市水廠入水口很近之福和精站(St .,)及水源地,結( St. 3) 之新店淚水,亦?有尊重皮之污系。
The water pollution in Hsin-Tein stream and Wan-Shin stream near the entrance of the waterworks in Taipei City was investigated. Four stations were selected: St.2 was in Wan-Sheri stream and the others (Stol, St.3 and 1St ‧‧ ) were in Hsi n-Tei n stream. The surveys started in September, 1972 and ended in August, 1973. Two surveys were taken monthly. The important findings with relation to biotic factors were as follows: 1. The total count of bacteria in both St. 2 and St . , were geherally much rmre than the standard value of drinking water (100/ml). Especially it was higher than 1.0 x 10 6 /ml . 2. The amount of coliform count were 1.46 x 10 5/ 100ml. and' 1.98 x 10 7/100 mi. in the water of St.2 and St . , respectively. They were higher, than that of standard valueCl.2X 105/100ml) of water in the stream. However'it was rarely higher than that of standard value in both St. 1 and St. 3 occassional ly . 3. In station 2, there were many polysaprobi c indicator species such as Euglena, Osci flaria , larvae of Culex and Lyngbya ...... etc. which were rarely observed in other stations. The present study indicated that thewater in Wan-Shen st reamt St o ) belonged to the polysaprobic degree. St.‧ was serously contaminated by organic compounds of domestic pollution, and both St. 1 and St.3 were slight contaminated by the polluted water of Wan-Sheri stream.
