本論文置在闡述一個以廣泛閱讀作為國小其語抖補救教學模式之實施過程、過程中遭 遇之困難與問題,及其對應之解串方素。本研究中,三位四年社其語學習搖撞學生事 與一個學期共30 次的半小時其語泛讀會。研究實料車源涵蓋事與觀察、深度首誠、檔 韋資料、閱讀歷程記錄、每週一丸之捍鑑記錄、研究者省思日誌、宇母辨識滑l輯及兩 0):. 常見宇認讀測騎﹒研究結果顯示,在事加厲泛閱讀計畫後,三位事與學生的其語表 現皆有進步﹒同時,資料亦顯示膺泛閱讀對三位學生的其語學習動機具態度有正向的 影響。然而,運用膺泛開噴計畫於國小其語補救教學時亦遭遇到一些困難與問題,包 括事與學生獨立閱讀的信心不足、不顧錄下朗讀的內容、字彙量有限、選書困難且閱 讀環境的外在干擾。由掛本研究採取通步浮現的研究設計,研究者許研究過程中得且 對現場做即峙的判斷並針對問題進行修正,因此能使廣泛閱讀的補救教學模式更持企 事典學生的需求。執行過程中發展之問題解識方韋包含納入閱讀夥伴、增加常見字 讀本、調整閱讀環境配置且尋求行且主援。根據本研究發現,研究者提出相關建議, 以作為將來故運用庸泛開講掛其語補技教學之教學者李寺。
The pu中ose of this paper is to report the implementation process of an extensive reading 但R) program us甜as a remedial program 品.r elementa可English unde阻chievers, problems and difficu1ties encountered during the process, and solutions. Th間e fourth-gr吋e English 間:medial students participated in 30 half-hour ER sessions carried out over one full semester The 間searchers coll目ted 血.ta through pa昀cipant observation, interviews,自view of documents, running 間cords of oral 間adin醉, weekly evaluation sheets, researcher's joumal, a letter identification test, and two high-frequency word recognition t凹的The results showed that after participating in the ER program, all 也自eunde阻C才1Ìevers made progress ìn English perfonnance. In additi咽, the data also 阻vealed 血at the extensive reading program has affected the 血ree participan筒, motivation and attitude positively. However, some problems w叮'e found: the remedial stud凹的, lack of confidence to 間ad independently, reluctance to tape record 也eir oral readin醉, Ii mit吋vocabulary size, difficulty in sele叫mg appropriate books to 阻咽, and some unwanted interference to the environment. Using an emergent research design, the researchers made real-time judgm叩蝕, developed and applied solutions tackling these problems, and thus made the progr胃口1 a better-fit remedial program for elementary school English underachievers.
