農產品含水率是影響品質的一項重要性質。準確的含水率量測在穀物加工作業與市場買賣上十分重要。電子式水份計可快速的測定水份,但其量測值缺乏準確性。此研究目的在於評估數種含水率測定技術的性能。以烤箱法所得的含水率為標準值和電子型量測技術之量測值加以比較。以統計方法分析所量得含水率數值之準確性與精密性。用以測定之農產品有稻穀、玉米粒、大豆、紅豆等四種。在每一點測定計算其標準差,變異係數以決定其適用量測範圍。並以迴歸分析方法對所有區域測定範圍內之量測值建立其校正方程式以改良其準確性。研究結果顯示電子型水份計之準確性對在量測範圍內,水份計直接讀出值或利用校正方程式改良之準確性可在1.0%之內。20%以上之高水份穀粒,其誤差值極大,針對國內穀物加工技術之調整方向,急需開發高水份穀物(20%)之含水率感測器。
Moisture content is one of the most important quality related properties of agricultural products. Accurate moisture measurements is very important in grain processing and marketing. Electronic moisture meters provide the quick indication values but lack of accuracy. The objectives of this study was to evaluate the performance of several electrical moisture meters. The moisture contents that measured by air oven were served as the standard values for comparison. The accuracy and precision of measurements from electrical meter were analyzed by statistical technique. Four kinds of grains were tested. They are rough rice, corn kernels, soybeans and red beans. The statistics of standard deviations, coefficients of variance and outliers were evaluated at each point estimation to observe the measuring ranges of m. c. meters. The calibration equations obtained from the regression analysis method were estabilished to improve the accuracy as necessary. The results from this research indicated that the accuracy of electrical meter was within 1.0% by directly reading values or adjusted by calibration equations. The errors significantly increased for the grains of high moisture content. The m.c. sensor for determining of high m.c. (above 20 %) for grains is urgenty meeded to be developed in Taiwan.
