為了要減少災害的發生、達成國土保安及資源永續利用之目標,本研究利用相關圖資分析腦寮溪之集水區潛在崩塌地的特性與分佈。本研究以地理資訊系統為工具,從災害發生分析影響崩塌之相關因子,包含坡度、坡向、高程、岩石強度、岩體結構及斷層遠近等,計算其潛在崩塌指標,作為本流域集水區分級分區之依據,並搭配現場野外實際調查及水土保持技術規則相關公式,分析其崩潛勢區域,以補強研究上之不足。研究結果顯示,潛在崩塌因子影響之權重結果依次為斷層距離、坡度、坡向、岩石強度、高程及岩體結構類型等。崩塌高潛勢區多分布於西側及西南側,其餘北側及東側為中潛勢區呈零星分布,崩塌量不多,而偏東北側及東南側則多屬低潛勢區。在主流、A1子集水區上游有兩處大崩塌。主流子集水區大崩塌由現勘分析結果,該區北側露頭屬岩層,應趨穩定;但南側屬壤土,較不穩定,故建議此處以加強植生為主,以減低坡面沖蝕。
In order to mitigate the occurrence of disaster, reach the goals from the perspectives of homeland security and sustainable resource utilization, this research employed related map and information targeting to the characteristics and distribution of the potential landslides on Nao-Liao Basin. The tool of this research adopted the GIS (Geographic Information System) which calculated respective potential landslide indices such as slope, slope aspect, elevation, rock strength, rock mass structure and fault distance, etc., which were the relevant factors impacting landslide based upon the disaster occurrences. These would serve as the foundation for the watershed area classification and zoning for this basin. In addition, onsite field surveys as well as relevant formulae for the water and soil conservation technological rules were included to analyze potential landslide regions so as to supplement the insufficiencies which could have been derived from research. This research findings unveiled that the impact weightings for potential landslide factors were listed sequentially as follow: fault distance, slope, aspect, rock strength, height and type of rock structure. The high-potential landslide regions mostly scattered in the west and southwest. The rest of the regions like the north and east were intermediate-potential regions which tended to be sparsely distributed in addition to minimal amount of landslide found whereas the northeast and southeast were mostly regions with low-potential in landslide. At the mainstream and the upstream of A1 sub-catchment region, there were two major landslide locations found. The onsite survey and analysis for the major landslide at the sub-catchment region of the mainstream revealed that the north side of this region had the outcrop of rock layer and it should have approached stabilization stage whereas the south side was soil-based which tended to be unstable; therefore this spot should be strengthened with planting of vegetation as the primary means so as to alleviate the slope surface erosions.
