當前台灣護理教育層次多且複雜,如何在不同學制與相同核心素養期待下規劃合理及適切的課程,成?台灣護理校院在歷經改制與提升後的重要議題。本文旨在分享運用修訂版Bloom教育目標分類於護理專科及大學層級課程之修訂經驗,提供護理教育者在課程規劃上的參考。修訂版Bloom將教育目標分?二維的「認知歷程向度」及「知識向度」依緣由簡入繁、由具體到抽象的原則以設計迎合不同層級學生能力及學習需求的課程,在運用時需將認知、情意及技能三領域融入於知識向度之中,區格出不同層級學生所須學習的知識層次,再明確描述不同學生層級的認知歷程目標,並利用修訂版Bloom的表格檢視各層級課程目標是否有明顯的層級趨勢。正確運用修訂版Bloom教育目標將有助於兼顧各層級的學生學習歷程的認知發展,更能讓護理教育者學習彈性運用課程內容的深度與廣度,設計更合適的課程組織模式。
Nursing education systems in Taiwan are complex, and constructing appropriate curricula for students with uneven levels of education is an important issue for nursing schools in Taiwan to address. This article shares curriculum reconstruction experience with regard to curriculum differentiation through the application of revised Bloom's taxonomy for diploma and baccalaureate nursing courses. This revised taxonomy separates the original knowledge category into two dimensions, namely those of cognitive process and knowledge. From simple to complex and from concrete to abstract, the revised taxonomy incorporates new learning paradigms into its structure in order to match different student need levels. Applying the taxonomy to curriculum differentiation, we integrated cognitive, affective and skill dimensions into the knowledge dimension and differentiated the cognitive process dimension for different student education levels. We then used the revised Bloom's table to examine whether the constructed curriculum was clearly identified with student levels. The application of revised Bloom was helpful for student cognitive development and enabled nursing educators to design more flexible and appropriate curriculum content and structure both in terms of depth and width.
