要摸清一個社區族群的文化發展,非短時間能徹底了解,必須身入其境探討。本文研究者是參予客家歌謠研究,親自體驗對客家歌的詞曲與客家族群的文化產生興趣,也問世了客家作曲作詞歌謠專輯。認為;舞台上的表演藝術,能帶動及延續社區族群文化發展,有密切關係。在舞台上表演要能獲觀眾口碑,所謂;台上三分鐘、台下三年功。一個出眾的藝人,必須具備興趣、專精、磨練、耐心才能獲觀眾好評。以致影響當地居民重視,居民也會建議在社區開設相同性質或適合興趣的課程學習。研習的課程包羅萬象,例如客家族群開設的課程,以客家歌謠班居多。招生的對象不分族群、年齡,因此就帶動社區族群文化融合與發展。行政院客家委員會成立之後,各地客家活動均少不了自己族群的歌、舞、戲劇等藝術表演。在台灣各縣市客家人聚集的區域,均有開設客家歌謠班。要設立有規模的表演團體,必須要經過政府機關核准,該團才可設籍在負責人的戶籍地,經常性的排演、練習。因此,本探討以「世客文化藝術團至社區演出後之影響為例」作為本論文之主題。 「世客文化藝術團」案例,到達被邀請社區或其他活動場所表演,民眾觀賞演出後,引起當地居民對客家歌唱產生興趣。熱心人士發起以社區做為研習場所,開設客家歌舞戲劇等研習班。一個星期為一次約兩個小時的時間,聘請專業老師做研習。正當的娛樂活動,增進社區與居民間之和諧。 本研究以質性研究方法進行,透過田野調查、蒐集相關文獻、口述訪談等做探討,增進對社區族群文化發展的過程。研究者選擇屏東客家人居多,亦是客家集中地內埔鄉,對經常性有演出的業餘團隊,藝術表演團體為對象做探討。深耕社區族群文化,不僅能讓自己族群傳承自己文化,也讓別族群欣賞及參與,以達族群文化的融合。正當娛樂也能喚起傳統優良文化,傳揚倫理道德觀念,讓當地社區的居住感受溫馨、祥和的社區生活。

In the area that every Taiwanese family, guest of counties and cities, gather, open Hakkas' ballad classes. Set up the performance group with scale, must check and approve through the government bodies, this troup can just set up the book in the director household register, often rehearse, practise.
