本研究以實驗方法探討遮蔽效應、太陽能板面溫度與太陽光源照射角度對太陽能光電轉換發電的影響,以鹵素燈代替太陽光,變動鹵素燈模式來模擬遮蔽效應(計有全燈模式、雙燈模式與單燈模式等10種Mode)、調整照射距離(L=500mm~2000mm)來改變太陽能板面溫度、並可使用不同照射角度(θ=0°~40°),實驗結果指出光源無遮蔽時(全燈模式)的發電量(Q)與發電效率(η)比有遮蔽時(非全燈模式)為高,而在有遮蔽時,光源在中間位置的發電量(Q)與發電效率(η)又比光源在兩端時為高;而照射距離(L)愈大有較大的發電效率(η),符合太陽能板面溫度愈低有較大的發電效率(η);就整體發電量(Q)而言,單燈模式時照射距離(L)為1000mm時有最大發電量(Q),但全燈模式時則在照射距離(L)為500mm時有最大發電量(Q);最後,發電量(Q)與發電效率(η)大致會隨照射角度(θ)增大而減小,尤其是θ>10°後最明顯。
This work experimentally investigated the effects of the shelter, the solar-energy-panel temperature and the sunlight angle on the generating electric power of the solar energy electro-optical transformation system. Halogen lamps were employed to replace the sunlight. Changing the modes of Halogen lamps, including total ten modes such as full lamps, double lamps and single lamp, to simulate the shelter effect. Adjusting the lamp-to-panel distance (L=500mm~2000mm) to change the solar-energy-panel temperature. The lamp-light angle was also changeable (θ=0°~40°). The measured results indicated that the generating electric power (Q) and the generating electric efficiency (η) of the system without any shelter (i.e. full lamps mode) were higher than those of the system with shelter. Besides, for the systems with shelter, The Q and η of the light locating at the middle position of the solar energy panel were higher than those of the light at the sides. Increasing the lamp-to-panel distance would have higher η, consisting with that lower solar-energy-panel temperature results in higher η. Furthermore, for the single lamp mode, the maximum generating electric power (Q) happened at L=1000mm. However, for the full lamps mode, the maximum generating electric power (Q) happened at L=500mm. Finally, the Q and η generally declined with increasing the lamp-light angle (θ), especially for θ>10°.
