本研究結合多孔性材料集熱座與熱電產生器,建構出一種具高效能熱傳之廢熱回收熱電轉換系統,並以實驗方法探討不同參數對發電功率之影響,相關變動參數包括:(1)集熱座構型(2)熱空氣進口溫度(Ti=150-350℃)、(3)熱空氣流量(FH=3~15 m3/hr)與(4)冷空氣流量(FC=122~366 m3/hr)等。多孔性材料集熱座主要分成兩種:(1)堆疊黃銅粒及(2)發泡銅材,堆疊黃銅粒集熱座又可分成粒徑2mm與6mm兩種,發泡銅材之孔隙率為0.96。此外,集熱座係放置於廢氣通道內吸收廢氣熱能,其與不具旁通之廢氣通道對集熱與系統發電效能的影響也將被探討。結果指出:不具旁通且粒徑6mm之堆疊銅粒集熱座、在Ti=350℃、FH=15m3/hr、FC=366 m3/hr時會有最大發電功率6.3W,而其與不具旁通之流道對發電功率有明顯的影響。
This study combined the porous medium heat absorber and the thermoelectric generator to build a thermoelectric generator system of high heat transfer performance for engine waste heat recovery. Experimental tests were utilized to investigate the effects of various parameters on the generating electricity. The relevant variable parameters were (1) the configuration of the heat absorber, (2) the inlet temperature of hot air (Ti=150~350℃), (3) the flow rate of hot air (FH=3~15 m3/hr) and (4) the flow rate of cooling air (FC=122-366 m3/hr). The porous medium heat absorber had two modes: (1) brass beads packed bed and (2) copper foams brass. The beads packed bed the two modes divided into 2mm-diameter and 6mm-diameter. The copper foams brass porosity is 0.96. Besides, heat absorbers Placed in exhaust channel to absorb the channel exhaust heat, with and without bypass an exhaust channel the heat absorber and System flow rate on the generating electricity the impact will also be explored. Experimental results indicate that: no-bypass exhaust channel 6mm-diameter a brass beads packed bed heat absorber ,in Ti=350℃、FH=15 m3/hr、FC=366 m3/hr had the maximum generating electricity of 6.3 Watt. With and without bypass an exhaust channel the flow rate on the generating electricity has a significant impact.
