近年來國人對生物力學之研究己漸漸受到重視,各大醫院及學術機構亦紛紛建立步態實驗室,然而面對各種步態分析設備之系統硬体架構、軟体支援、系統操作、資料處理、統計分析、人員訓練、維修管理,以及經費預算等問題,往往成為整体發展運用上的極大困擾,因而造成龐大預算的壓力,影嚮設備的使用率,以及運用放果不彰等問題,甚至造成對步態分析本身價值的懷疑。 近年來本中心己自己建立完成以低價位的三次元電子量角器為基礎的步態實驗用設備,以及電腦分析用程式,且經長時間的測試校正,及臨床測試作業,目前已在各種臨床研究分析上運用。基於步態分析之最終目的在提供臨床診斷、治療,復健訓練,功能鑑定以及義肢設計、校正、訓練之具體有用之數據資料,這一切治療、訓練、設計之理想皆是以正常人之功能為目標,然而目前引用之數據資料皆為外國人所建立其母國人之統計資料,由於國人之身高、體重、生理以及生活習慣皆相異於外國人,在引用國外資料時常感不適。因而建立國人正常步態資料的研究己不容刻緩。 本研究計劃為持續性的長期計劃案,將針對不同性別、年齡、身高、體重、職業,且具備正常之心理、生理條件之國人進行膝關節步態分析研究。
The significance of Biomechanical reasearch already is confirmed by clinical doctors and bioengineers in Taiwan. Recently some hospitals and educational institutions have built up their own Gait laboratory. However, they are faced with many difficulties such as the system hardware frameworks, supportive software, system operation, data processing, statistic, personnel training, maintenance and management, and budgeting of setting up the Gait Analysis Equipments. These difficulties not only often become the barriers of the development and application but also bring budgeting pressure and problems of effectiveness and efficiency, which furthermore, make people doubt the value of the Gait Laboratory itself. Our Center has set up a gait analysis equipment and commputerized analysis program for experimental use based on the low-cost Electric Triaxial Goniometer. which has been tested, calibrated, and experimented in clinic for long period. At present, many clinical studies have used them. The final purpose of the Gait Analysis is to provide the applicable data for clinical diagnosis and treatment, rehabilitative training, functional evaluation, and the design, alignment, and training of prosthesis. All these treatments, training and design aim to the normal people. However, the current data provided by foreigners are not suitable to our people because the height, weight, phsiology and custom of our people are different from those of foreigners. Therefore, the study of the Gait Analysis of our own is critical and urgent as well. Our research of the Gait Analysis is a continuance long-term planning which concerns the difference of sex, age, height, weight, occupation of those people who are in normal psychological and physiological condition.
